You’ll then set off on a scenic 2-hour drive to Jinja, a charming and historical town located in eastern Uganda, famously known as the source of the world’s longest river—the Nile.

As you journey toward Jinja, enjoy the beautiful countryside views, including lush plantations, small towns, and rolling hills. A major highlight of the drive is a stopover at Mabira Forest, Uganda’s largest remaining natural tropical rainforest. Here, you’ll take a short nature walk guided by a forest ranger.
